p899 Terms and Conditions – Rules for All Players

01Eligibility and Account Registration

One-Time Password (OTP) authentication is used for account access and certain transactions. Your mobile number must be active and accessible at all times for OTP delivery to work correctly.

03Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on p899 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

09Limitation of Liability

10Termination

Either you or p899 may close your account at any time.

• p899 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, without prior notice.
• Upon closure for a Terms violation, p899 may withhold any balance related to the breach pending investigation. Balances unrelated to the breach may be returned at p899's discretion.
• Self-exclusion requests will result in account restriction for the period you specify. During a self-exclusion period, no new deposits or wagers will be accepted.

11Governing Terms

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and p899 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between the parties on the same subject matter.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining Terms will continue in full force and effect.
